Therapeutic Massage

This type of massage can range from a general relaxation massage to a deep tissue massage focusing and targeting specific areas or regions of the body. Based on the amount of time reserved, this can be a complete body massage, or can be zoned into a specific area or region of the body.    

Medi-Cupping

MediCupping when added to a massage helps loosen the fascia and underlying tissues creating a much deeper result without the pain of a true deep tissue massage.  The machine provides a suction and release vacuum which helps open up the lymphatic system.  The second part of the cupping process uses a gliding approach to relieve and loosen tight muscles and areas of the body.

Warm Bamboo Massage

Warmed Bamboo sticks of varying sizes are placed and rubbed on specific areas on the body to intensify the massage while increasing its’ relaxation qualities. The bamboo sticks aid the therapist's hands to focus deeper pressure where extra attention is needed.  The tool itself is warm and soothing and can really enhance the massage results of your session.

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology involves applying pressure to the hands and feet to increase the communication and connection to the mind and body.  Once this pathway is opened, the body can focus on relaxation, healing and repair of specific areas of the body.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage should be scheduled after the first trimester.  The focus of this massage is to relax and lessen the discomfort of pregnancy.  Pillows and support are used in addition to techniques to help with the swelling and pain experienced during these trying months.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is applied by laying on of hands. This treatment is simple, gentle, yet is a very powerful technique. This technique can be included in your massage time or can be performed as it's own separate session.                  

Indian Head Massage

Massage of the shoulders, neck and head. This massage is based on the Indian technique of massage to enhance relaxation, increase circulation, decrease tension and stress.

Ionic Foot Detox Treatment  - $30

An Ionic Foot Detox places negative hydrogen ions into the water.  These ions pass through the pores of your feet and into the circulatory/lymphatic systems causing the cell membranes to neutralize which then in turn helps breakdown and eliminate toxins.

Sauna Treatment  - $30

By starting with the warmth of the sauna, the heat from the sauna helps the body to detox, de-stress and loosen tired achy muscles resulting in a deeper therapeutic massage.

(NEW) Tuning Fork Session - $25

Healing tones put the body into cellular regeneration, to heal itself in the event of an injury.  Muscles, bones, and joints along with cuts, burns and other physical wounds can all be treated with healing tones. Sound therapy leaves your body feeling Rejuvenated and Energized!

BEMER/Red Light Applications  - $25

BEMER sessions improve circulation thereby supporting the body's natural self-regulating processes.  BEMER devices work with electromagnetically transferred stimulation signals that facilitate the movement of blood through blood vessels.

Red Light Therapy can help the body heal, recover and improve performance.

Massage Roller Table Session  - $20

This Massage Roller Table uses built-in rollers to massage and loosen muscle groups along the entire spine area or it can focus on specific targeted areas throughout the back.       

Low Frequency Zapper Session  - $25

A "Zapper" session not only helps with body aches and inflammation, it also helps clear viruses, fungus and parasites throughout the body.
